By submitting the form on webdesign-piskunov.ru and checking the separate consent box, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest, give this consent.
1. Who the consent is given to

2. Data covered
Name; email; phone number, messenger username, or other contact you provide; the text of your message; technical data accompanying the form submission: IP address, date, time, and page address.
3. Purpose
To receive and process your inquiry, get in touch with you, clarify the task, prepare a proposal, agree on terms, and take steps at your initiative before a contract is signed.
4. Permitted actions
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to technical contractors to the extent needed to run the site and deliver your inquiry, restriction, deletion, and destruction. Processing may be automated or manual.
5. Duration and withdrawal
Consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than three years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. You can withdraw consent by emailing iam@nikitapiskunov.ru. Please mention the contact you left in your inquiry. After withdrawal, your data is deleted unless the controller has another legal basis to keep it.
6. Confirmation
Consent is recorded together with the form submission: the date and time of the inquiry and the version of this document are saved. The form cannot be submitted without the separate consent checkbox.
