1. Who's responsible for your data

- name;
- email;
- phone number, messenger username, or any other contact you choose to add yourself;
- the text of your message;
- technical data: IP address, date and time of your visit, the page you came from, browser and device information, technical browser storage identifiers;
- information about your visits and actions on the site, collected by Yandex Metrica, unless you've blocked analytics.
This site does not request special categories of data or biometric data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Handling your inquiry. Reply to you, clarify the task, prepare a proposal, and enter into a contract if needed. Basis — your separate consent and actions taken on your own initiative before a contract is signed.
Running and securing the site. Serve the page, prevent spam and technical abuse. Basis — the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Analytics. Understand traffic and improve the site. Yandex Metrica runs by default. Basis — the controller's legitimate interest in assessing site quality.
4. What happens to the data
The controller may collect, record, organise, store, clarify, use, transfer to technical contractors, restrict, and delete data. Processing is carried out both automatically and manually. No decisions with legal consequences are made automatically.
5. Who receives the data
Access is limited to the controller and the services the site and inquiry delivery can't work without: a hosting provider and an email service. Technical visit data is shared with Yandex LLC under its own terms, unless you've blocked analytics.
If the services or transfer methods change in the future, this policy will be updated before they're connected.
6. Retention period
Inquiry data is kept until the purpose of contact is achieved, but no longer than three years after the last contact, unless a law or contract requires otherwise. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for site security. See the cookie policy for more.
7. Data protection
The controller limits access to data, applies technical and organisational safeguards, controls transfer channels, and deletes information once its purpose has been fulfilled. Data is never sold or handed to third parties for their own advertising.
8. How to manage your data
You can request information about how your data is processed, correct an inaccuracy, request that it be restricted or deleted, and withdraw consent. Just email iam@nikitapiskunov.ru and mention the contact you left in your inquiry. A reply is sent within the timeframe set by law.
